Bronic Labs - Web Development & Design Agency
Case study: Aerogroft auto parts e-commerce platform — Bronic Labs. Aerogroft is an auto parts platform for the Estonian market with a catalog of over 2.3 million products. The core challenge: turn millions of raw part numbers from suppliers into a rich, searchable catalog with images, specifications, and compatibility data. What we built: A complete data enrichment pipeline — automated parsing of supplier files with daily updates to prices, stock levels, and delivery times. Every part number is enriched via a professional automotive data provider: images, PDF manuals, technical specifications, manufacturer data, vehicle compatibility trees, cross-references, and analog parts. 2.3 million products are automatically organized into a category tree. For buyers, we built a vehicle lookup via the Transpordiamet API — users find compatible parts instantly by VIN code or Estonian license plate. A personal account lets customers save vehicles, track orders, and manage wishlists. LHV EveryPay handles secure payments. Delivery is fully automated through Shipit24 — Omniva, DPD, SmartPost, and courier options. A custom CMS gives managers full control over the catalog, orders, and manufacturer data. The platform is multilingual: Estonian, Russian, and English. Bronic Labs is a web development agency based in Tallinn, Estonia, building complex digital products for e-commerce, retail, and startups.

Overview

Aerogroft is a multi-store auto parts platform built for the Estonian market. The core challenge was scale: sourcing millions of raw part numbers from suppliers and transforming them into a rich, searchable catalog — complete with images, specifications, compatibility data, and categorization. We built the entire pipeline from scratch: automated parsing, data enrichment via a third-party data provider, a custom CMS for managers, and a seamless checkout flow with Estonian payment and delivery integrations.

02

Development

The project started with a fundamental data problem. Suppliers provided only part numbers, prices, and basic names — not enough to build a useful product catalog. We designed an enrichment pipeline that matched each part against a professional automotive data provider, pulling in high-resolution images, full technical specifications, PDF manuals, manufacturer details, vehicle compatibility trees, cross-references, and analog parts. The result: 2.3 million enriched product listings, automatically organized into a category tree. Daily automated parsing keeps prices, stock levels, and delivery times in sync with supplier data. On the customer side, we built a vehicle lookup via the Transpordiamet API — users can find compatible parts by VIN code or Estonian license plate. The platform supports three languages, a personal account with saved vehicles and order history, PDF invoice generation, and full Shipit24 logistics automation for parcel delivery across Estonia.

2.3 Million Parts. All Enriched Automatically.

Suppliers deliver raw data — part numbers, prices, and little else. We built an enrichment pipeline that matches every part against a professional automotive data provider, pulling in high-resolution images, full technical specs, PDF manuals, manufacturer profiles, vehicle compatibility trees, cross-references, and analog alternatives. 2.3 million products, organized into a structured category tree — all without manual effort. Daily automated syncs keep prices and stock levels accurate across all supplier feeds.

Find Parts by Your Car, Not Just a Part Number.

Most customers don't know part numbers — they know their car. We integrated the Transpordiamet API to let users look up their vehicle by VIN code or Estonian license plate. The platform instantly identifies the make, model, and generation, then filters the catalog to show only compatible parts. Customers can save their vehicles to their personal account for even faster searches on return visits.

Order. Pay. Delivered.

Checkout is fast and fully automated. LHV EveryPay handles secure payments via all major Estonian bank links and card payments. Once an order is placed, Shipit24 takes over — automatically routing the parcel through Omniva, DPD, SmartPost, or courier depending on the customer's choice. Managers receive instant notifications and can track every order through a custom-built CMS that gives full visibility over the catalog, orders, and customer data.
