Maitsev Gruusia is a Georgian restaurant and drinks shop in central Tallinn. It needed a website of its own with a recognisable Georgian character, where the whole menu and the full drinks range are available online.
We designed the site from scratch, with its own style, effects and animations, and built it on our shared platform in four weeks. The restaurant got the full menu, more than 7,000 drinks and online ordering with pickup, along with the same admin, analytics and order list as the other stores. Everything is in Estonian, Russian and English.

02The project
We designed the site from scratch around Georgian cuisine: its own visual style, its own effects and its own GSAP animation settings. It runs on the same foundation as the other stores on the platform, but looks and feels like a restaurant in its own right.
Khachapuri, khinkali and other Georgian classics, next to grill, street food, pizza (gluten-free too), sushi, Italian and Asian dishes, burgers, poké bowls, salads, desserts and a kids' menu. Every category has its own page, and any dish goes straight into the basket.
The drinks section covers wine and sparkling wine, spirits, beer and cider, liqueurs and soft drinks, more than 7,000 in all. Georgian wines, from regions such as Kakheti, get a spotlight of their own. If a bottle isn't listed, customers can ask for it through a request form, and any order can be gift-wrapped.
Dishes and drinks go into one basket, and payment runs through Montonio. Orders can be collected for free at the shop on Roosikrantsi 23, and drinks can also go to a parcel locker. If there's food in the basket, the checkout switches to pickup on its own.
