Aerogroft Auto Service

Aerogroft Auto Service

A car repair websitewhere every service has a price and a request takes a minute.

Aerogroft Auto Service has been fixing cars in Tallinn since 1998: mechanical work, bodywork and paint. Online, though, the shop barely existed. Its old site sat on a subdomain of the company's parts store and ran on dated PHP. Only a handful of services were listed, with a line or two each, so it was hard to tell what the shop actually does or what it costs. Google rarely showed it to anyone searching for a repair.

We started from a clean slate, with a new design and new code, and had the site live in three weeks. It now lists more than 30 services, grouped into mechanics, bodywork and paint, each with a starting price. The key services, around 20 of them, have their own pages with everything a customer wants to know: when to come in, what's included, how long it takes and answers to common questions. Everything is available in Estonian, Russian and English. The team edits it all themselves, and new requests reach them by email and Telegram within seconds.

Price list on the Aerogroft Auto Service website
01

Every service, with a price

The price list covers mechanics, bodywork and paint: more than 30 services, each with a starting price or a note that it's quoted after inspection. Customers see roughly what a repair costs before they call, and the shop spends less time answering the same questions on the phone. Prices are changed in the admin panel, so keeping the list current takes minutes.

Detailed service pages

Around 20 key services have a page of their own. Each one explains what the service is, when it's time to come in and what the work includes, followed by the practical details: how long it takes, who it's for, the main steps, how the diagnostics work and what you get at the end. Every page has its own FAQ. These pages answer the questions people type into Google, so each one can bring in visitors of its own.

03

The right car in every request

The request form asks for the make, model, generation and engine, all picked from a complete car database rather than typed by hand. No typos and no guessing: the shop knows exactly which car is coming and can name a price or order parts straight away, without calling back. Along with the car, customers leave their name, phone number and a few words about the problem.

04

New requests in seconds

Every request goes to email and to a private Telegram channel at the same time. The team sees it on their phones within seconds, even when everyone is under a car rather than at a desk, and can reply while the customer is still deciding where to go. No request gets lost in an inbox.

Easy to update

Services, prices, FAQs and every bit of copy live in Payload CMS, which is built right into the site. The team can change a price, add a service or edit a page in a minute, in all three languages, without calling a developer.

Built to be found

Every page has a clear structure, its own title and description, structured data for Google and an FAQ. An llms.txt file helps AI assistants understand the site, and it's already paying off: ChatGPT sends visitors to it. The site scores 97 for performance in Lighthouse on desktop, so pages open fast.

Let's turn your idea into a product

Book a free 30-minute call or tell us about your project — you'll get a fixed-price proposal within 2 days.

Questions before we start

  • A website starts from €490, an online store from €990, a web application from €4,990 and a mobile app from €2,990. The final price depends on the scope — after a free call you get a fixed-price proposal within 2 days.

  • A website takes 2–8 weeks, an online store 3–12 weeks, a web app 3–16 weeks and a mobile app 4–16 weeks. AI integration takes 1–8 weeks and design 1–6 weeks. The exact timeline is written into the proposal and the contract.

  • Shopify is the fastest way to start selling, but comes with a monthly fee. WooCommerce has no platform fee and gives more freedom. A custom platform is for unique logic, complex integrations and large catalogues. We'll recommend the right option on the first call.

  • Nothing special. An idea of what you need, a few websites you like and your texts or photos, if you have them. We'll help with the rest.

  • You do. The site, domain and all accounts are registered to you, with full access from day one.

  • The first 60 days of support are free: we fix bugs, make small changes and answer your questions. After that, ongoing support starts from €99 per month, or we work task by task.

  • Yes. We work with clients worldwide and communicate in English, Estonian and Russian. Calls, contracts and invoices are all handled online.
