A restaurant in Tallinn sells through Wolt and Bolt. Both platforms have their own statistics, but they're basic: restaurants can't be compared with each other, and Bolt didn't show top-selling dishes at all. Everything else had to be worked out by hand.
In three weeks we built a web app that takes the CSV exports from Wolt and Bolt, brings both formats to one structure and shows everything in a single dashboard: revenue, orders, average check, repeat customer rate, ratings and top dishes, by week, month or year. Any number of restaurants can be added and compared, and every report can be exported.

Wolt and Bolt export orders in different formats, each with its own column names and its own way of counting. The restaurant uploads the CSV files from both platforms, and the system recognises the format, brings the data to one structure and merges it. Instead of two separate reports, there's one dashboard and one set of numbers.
Revenue, number of orders, average check and repeat customer rate, by week, month or year and compared with the previous period. Top-selling dishes are counted for both platforms, Bolt included, even though Bolt doesn't show them in its own statistics.
Ratings and reviews from both platforms are gathered in one place, so there's no need to open two dashboards to see how guests rate the food.
Wolt and Bolt don't let you compare restaurants with each other. Here you can connect as many restaurants as you need and see them side by side on the same metrics. Any report can be exported as a PDF or CSV file.
